Fibre-Lyte 120Gb/s MPO 12Tx

Fibre-Lyte is an optoelectronic packaging technology which can be used to interface with MT connectors. It can package a wide range of VCSELs, detectors and many other chips from low to high power.

This 12Tx MPO part is a standard design (order code CJT-TxR-V7-120 X-C-BBB) which acts as a fully programmable transmitter. It takes 12 electrical channels at 10Gb/s each and transmits them as optical signals. Please see the functional block diagram for further detail.

Conjunct provides pre-drilled pin holes for ease of assembly to both fibre and PCB. Optical coupling uses either an embedded lenses or optical waveguides.s

Note that Conjunct does not fabricate optoelectronic die but packages them. Fibre-Lyte can be used in transceivers, active-optical cables (AOC) or directly attached to PCB in a custom application. If you have a particular die combination or custom application please contact us for a quote.
